DEVELOPING LEADERSHIP IN MINORITY COMMUNITIES
Despite their significant population, Latinos and other minorities are underrepresented in leadership roles, which limits their influence in shaping policies that affect their communities.
PLAZA provides leadership training, mentorship, and civic engagement workshops to young Latinos and other underrepresented groups, preparing them to take on leadership roles in their communities.
We aim to train 400 young leaders by 2025, empowering them to advocate for their communities and contribute to social change.
