I am Manuel Alejandro Polanco Larreal, a lawyer, political scientist, and founder of Indigo Group, a nonprofit that empowers international and first-generation youth. My background in social inclusion, leadership, and strategic management combines with a passion for education and social justice as real drivers of change.
Rethinking the Future is my philosophy and my mission. It means building bridges between privilege and disadvantage, education and access, leadership and community impact. It also reflects my commitment to support vulnerable youth, potential leaders, and people escaping international crises who need a chance to rebuild and grow.
Indigo was created with a simple idea: opportunity should meet the need to grow. Through programs like PACTO, which promotes financial literacy and leadership, the Indigo Scholarships, and many other projects and initiatives now in development, Indigo works to help young people reach their full potential and open doors to meaningful opportunities.
