IMPROVING EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
PROBLEM
Immigrants face high unemployment rates and are often confined to low-wage jobs due to language barriers and unrecognized qualifications, oftentimes unsure of how to combat this.
SOLUTION
PROGRESAR provides job training, resume-building workshops, and employment placement services. We partner with local businesses and job agencies to connect participants with meaningful job opportunities.
GOAL
We aim to help 1,000 individuals secure stable employment by 2025, empowering them to build better futures for themselves and their families.
Our mission is to empower these communities by providing the resources and opportunities they need to succeed. We show an overview of our programs, the issues they address, and the goals we aim to achieve.
